If I missed anyone, please email me and let me know.

The object of the Association shall be the promotion of good golf; to conduct various golf tournaments for its members; to promote good fellowship, sportsmanship and the accurate handicapping of all members.

The course has been re-rated. There is a different rating for each tee for Men and Women.
You may have noticed your handicap has changed. We will be using All the Tees starting 10/1.
Red tees will be known as "the forward tees".
Also, now the stroke holes are consistent accrost ALL Tees, Tie Breakers will start with the 'Hardest Hole'(5) and continue back until broken.

Spirit of the Game

In the etiquette section of the rules it is stated;

“Golf is played, for the most part, without the supervision of a referee or an umpire. The game relies on the integrity of the individual to show consideration for other players  and to abide by the Rules. All players should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times, irrespective of how competitive they may be. This is the spirit of the game of golf. ”

If you call on God to improve the results of a shot while it is still in motion, you are using “an outside agency” and subject to appropriate penalties under the rules of golf.

Question of the moment:

Q. If I am "out of the hole" in a team game and pick up, what score do I record?

A.

Rule 3.3 Interpretations:
3.3/1 – Clarification of the Meaning of Most Likely Score for Handicap Posting and When It Should Be Used
A most likely score is used to record a player’s probable score on a hole, when
the hole has been started but the player did not hole out their ball. It should be a reasonable assessment of the number of strokes needed to complete the hole.
For example, in a Four-Ball match-play competition, a player’s partner holes their ball from off the putting green for three. The player’s ball lies 15 feet away from the hole in four strokes and the score for the side cannot be improved. To save time, the player may pick up and record a most likely score for
handicap purposes.
Based on the most likely score guidelines, the player would record a score of six
or seven for handicap purposes (four strokes taken plus two or three additional
strokes).
