BAREFOOT BAY MEN’S GOLF LEAGUE

NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD MEMBERS – 2024

Our Annual Election’s Meeting will be held on Wednesday 11/22/2023

immediately following our scheduled golf match.

Nominations open from 10/1/2023 thru 11/15/2023

Anyone interested in participating in the management and operation of our golf league is urged to sign up for one of the Officer or Committee member positions available. We Need people willing to donate their time to help manage and run our golf league. Please consider helping out by signing up to run for one of these positions.

There are 2 ways to sign-up to run for a Board Position;

1. A sign up sheet has been posted in the Men’s League Binder located in the Members Corner in the pro shop.

2. Go to our Web Site (bfbmensgolf.org). Go to the "Members" section Click on “Sign up for a Board Position”. Clicking on this will bring up the necessary form to complete and submit to submit your name to run for a position. Remember, you must be an active member of the BFB Golf Course to hold a position on the Board.

Please consider running for a position, without our board member volunteers we will have no golf league.

​ABSENTEE BALLET VOTING

If there are any Board Member Positions that have more than one member signed up to run there will be a procedure on our website to allow any member to vote that can not attend our general elections meeting on Wednesday, November 22nd.

This will only be used if we have any Board Member position where more than one person has signed up to run.

This should only be used if you are NOT going to attend the General Meeting.

This will be available on our website in the members section and identified as absentee voting.
